When we founded Road Buddy, we were not trying to start another tyre service company.

We were responding to a systemic gap in the Indian transport industry.

For decades, tyres — one of the largest cost components in fleet operations — were managed reactively. Decisions were based on urgency, not intelligence. Investments ran into crores annually, yet there was:

We realized that the problem was not tyres.
